Harry Vernon

PARTNER

Harry is a partner of Fortessa. He works extensively across both emerging and developed economies, building strategic relationships and structuring M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and innovative financing solutions. He has experience across equity and debt transactions, connecting sovereign stakeholders, public and private companies, institutional investors and family offices across energy, infrastructure, aerospace, technology and sustainability.

Gytis Martinkus

Gytis is a partner at Fortessa and a finance professional with experience across accounting, fund administration, structured finance and investment management. Riverfort identifies him as a chartered certified accountant with a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of East Anglia, and notes that he qualified with KPMG in Gibraltar, where his work focused on banking and funds-sector audit and advisory services. Before joining Riverfort Global Capital Ltd, he served as Finance Director of a regulated fund administrator based in Gibraltar. His background supports Fortessa’s work in diligence, structuring, co-investment and private capital situations.

Brian Kinane

PARTNER

Brian is a partner at Fortessa and an experienced investment manager, corporate finance adviser and telecom industry executive. He has managed and advised funds and investment vehicles across sectors including technology, sustainable systems and natural resources. He is a founding partner of SVV AI, an international venture capital group focused on enterprise AI, and founder and chair of Riverfort Global Capital, a global venture debt fund for public markets. Previously he was a partner at global hedge fund Yorkville Advisors and was a co-founding shareholder and director of FeedHenry, a mobile cloud technology business sold to Red Hat / IBM in 2014. Brian holds a computer science degree from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from London and Columbia business schools.
