Headquartered in the heart of London

A private
corporate finance house.

Headquartered in the heart of London, Fortessa Partners advises a small number of high-quality growth companies and a network of family offices, ultra-high-net-worth investors and professional capital partners. We work where considered judgement, discretion and long-term alignment matter.

For growth companies

Capital and counsel for the next chapter.

We advise ambitious founders, management teams and shareholders on growth capital, M&A and strategic decisions where the right introduction matters more than the broadest process.

For private investors

Access to opportunities worth holding.

We bring our family-office and HNW investor partners a curated flow of direct and co-investment opportunities, reviewed for alignment and held to an exacting standard.

For institutional partners

Private capital access, carefully introduced.

We work alongside private equity firms, growth investors and strategic acquirers, providing differentiated access to private capital and to founder-led companies seeking the right partner.

We are deliberately small and deliberately selective.

Fortessa was founded on the conviction that the most rewarding work in corporate finance happens at the intersection of patient capital, considered judgement and genuine alignment of interest. We take on a small number of mandates each year, seek alignment in every engagement, and may commit our own capital in selected situations where appropriate. We measure success by the quality and durability of the outcomes — and the relationships — we build.

Our principles

Judgement.

Experience matters most where the questions are difficult. We are paid to apply considered, independent judgement on behalf of clients who do not need cheerleaders.

Discretion.

Our work is conducted privately and our clients’ affairs are conducted privately. Confidentiality is a precondition of trust, not a marketing claim.

Alignment.

Alignment is central to how we work. We structure advice, introductions and, where appropriate, our own participation so that incentives are clear and long-term interests are understood.
